General
- Ninjaing is strictly forbidden. While wearing the <Lunar> tag you represent the entire guild, and we do not ninja.
- In line with the above point general good behavior is expected by Lunar-members. Don't be a dick to other people and don't get caught up in trivial arguments.

Raid Attendance
Lunar raids four days a week. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. Out of these four days we expect you to be able to attend three. If you are unable to meet this quota you will lose your raid-spot to another member.

We also expect all members to be free and unlocked for all current-tier raids at all times. Getting locked up with a PuG when your guild needs you later is not acceptable.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Raid Times
Invites being at 21:00ST, our official raid time starts 21:15ST and stretches to 00:00ST. If we are close to downing a boss we might extend beyond 00:00ST, you will however never be forced to stay beyond 00:00ST.

Raid Invitations
When invited to a raid in the calendar there are three options, this is how the options will be read by the raid-leader:
Accepted - You will attend the raid and be here in time for invites. (21:00ST).
Decline - You are certain you will not be able to attend the raid this day.

Tentative - If you put your status to tentative it either means that you are not sure that you can show up at all that evening, or that you might run late. If this is the case, you must notify an officer, or someone else who can deliver the message to an officer.

We expect you to answer to an invitation at least 24 hours prior to the actual raid. This is to help raid-leaders assemble raids in time and save us from delaying a raid for 20 minutes while figuring out who's coming or not.

Note: If you cannot make a raid and are unable to update your status you MUST notify an officer by email or right here, on the forums.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Loot Distribution
Most of the loot is sorted with basic rolls. However, if we see that a member is being greedy and is severely overgearing due to RNG, we officers reserve the right to step in and hand out the loot as we please. Rank also plays a role, members have priority over initiates and socials.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Communication
Being on Ventrilo with the ability to hear us is a requirement to be invited to raid. Everyone are allowed to speak freely on Vent as long as they do not stall the raid or interrupt any important information being announced.
